Final match will be played at Melbourne Cricket Ground ,it is going to be world largest sports event after football.This is going to be second world cup which is being hosted in these two nations,first it was awarded this opertunity in 1992 when Imran Khan Pakistan skipper took this mega event in his hands,and pakistan become first time world champion.
ICC cricket world cup 2015 is equipped with great magnetic effects ,no one can deny his attraction , strong competition will be seen in this event , for mega trophy ,England , who never won any title , Australia who is leading in this contest , Pakistan ,who unable to reach from last three successive contest , India who lift last time ,and especially Sri Lanka who is showing his strength in every format lifting ICC t20 world cup 2014 ,and smashing every series against every team.ICC cricket world cup 2015 schedule consist of two pools which contain 7, 7 team each.
Total 14 teams are participating this time in ICC mega event,two pools Pool A,and Pool B.
Afghanistan is only team who is participating first time in this mega event,they are also growing well in this sports.United arab emirates was part of ICC mega event in 1996 . All other teams are part of ICC events.
